The Knights of Columbus at my church sell these delicious hard crusted empanadas (not "hard" but not the fluffy ones sold at most bakeries in town) that I love and since we haven't been able to attend church very often I have been missing those empanadas. The empanadas here are just like those but a little bigger and more filling inside and absolutely delicious. Personally I like the manazana but trying the pina today too. They said to call ahead because they may not always have the ones you want. The cinamon and powdered sugar cookies are also delicious. Their prices are good too, today 1 dozen empenadas $9 and 2.50 for 13 cookies. They seem to also sell around town at other shops, that's how I found them (the place only had pina so I went to the bakery to get manzana).
This store has really good cookies and pineapple empanadas which I love them they are so good and the lady in the front was really nice professional and helped us with what we wanted love this store. Thank You love your bakery
my neighbors gift me a dozen of apple empanadas for XMAS and they are the BEST. nobody else makes them as full as you do. i buy my wife her cemitas at our local bakery and i just bought apple empanadas from them and they have very little apple spread in them.
The pastry is extremely tasty and light. The filling in the empanadas isn't over sweet or heavy. These traditional empanadas are smaller that what you will find at most panaderías, but none as delicious as these here. Service is fast and friendly. Take-out counter service only. No tables. Although the bakery is limited to only empanadas and biscochitos, the taste and price make the purchase well worth the visit. Take them home and have them with coffee.
